Carl Jung: Mirror Effect

A person needs to turn inward and begin analyzing their shadow. The shadow is the true reflection of ones self that they keep hidden from others. People go about their day wearing a mask, which is showing others what they want them to see but the universe knows what they truly are and that is what is reflected in their world. The world reflects to you the true self, you need to understand your true self, your shadow. This allows you to understand what you really present to the mirror so that life can change by reflecting back what you really want. People get caught in the mask and forget their true self, both the good and the bad. A positive mirror effect demands shadow work.
